Maryland Should Arrest Donald Trump for KIDNAPPING Abrego Garcia

MD Criminal Code Sec: 3-502 Provides for a Felony Penalty up to 30 Years

I’ve been searching for the right words for what Donald Trump . . . and Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller . . . did.

And, it turns out, Maryland Criminal Law Code Section 3-502 says it best:

“(a) A person may not, by force or fraud, carry or cause a person to be carried in or outside the State with the intent to have the person carried or concealed in or outside the State.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of the felony of kidnapping and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 years.”

And I believe that Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown and/or Prince Georges County District Attorney Aisha Braveboy could, absolutely, arrest and prosecute Donald Trump for violation of Maryland’s Kidnapping law.

Donald Trump, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller KIDNAPPED Kilmar Abrego Garcia off the streets of an American city, Beltsville, Maryland, and - without any Constitutional Due Process - took him, by force, outside of Maryland and outside of The United States.

That is KIDNAPPING, by any definition.

While it is true that Donald Trump MAY have immunity for crimes committed while performing his “official duties”, I say “lock him up” anyway. And then let’s let The Supreme Court, or The Maryland Supreme Court, determine whether “Kidnapping” is indeed part of Donald Trump’s official duties.

Or whether a President is, indeed, immune from violating a STATE criminal law.

But, regardless, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem, Stephen Miller - and anyone else involved in the kidnapping in The Trump Administration - could and should personally be arrested and charged. They do NOT have such immunity.

So, let’s do it.

And if there was a way to also charge El Salvador President Nayib Bukele for “Aiding and Abetting” this Kidnapping crime, we should do that as well.

Since Trump, and Bukele, are so focused on reducing crime, I think it is only fitting that Kidnappers be included, don’t you think?

So, let the games begin, Maryland. A legal resident of your State was kidnapped by Donald Trump and his accomplices. Under the American system of Federalism you, one of our states . . . and one of our ORIGINAL 13 states . . . have a lot of rights, and we are counting on you to punish one of the most brazen, inhuman, immoral, despicable acts of cruelty and illegality we have ever seen from a leader in our country.

It’s time that Donald Trump, finally, had SOME consequences for his lifetime of ignoring and violating the laws of this country, don’tcha think?!
